I used to be the girl with the water bottle permanently attached ot my hand. I’d probably refill and drink my 20 oz bottle 5 times a day. As of late, as a mom and whatnot, I’ve gotten particularly bad at this and I can FEEL it. Not only do I feel dry and thirsty and watch my skin flake off, but I noticed some of the other signs mentioned in this article below, like accelerated heart rate and muscle cramping. Granted, I am pregnant and these things tend to happen anyway. But rehydrating almost always seems to help.
