If you have problems sleeping you know how it feels to go to work tired, unfocused, and eventually unable to perform. Well, the good news is that there are some things that you can pay attention to that may help you get a better night’s sleep.
The link below lists a few reasons for why you may not be having a good night’s sleep. I am probably guilty of most of these reasons, and to be honest I don’t plan to change some of them. A hot bath is one of my most sacred rituals after a long day. I can’t get the same relaxation from a warm shower. Also, I think more clearly at night for some reason. I have been like this since I was a kid, I was better at finishing my homework and study after dark.
