Radish is an edible root vegetable that can be easily grown in a fertilized and moist soil with little sun light usually in the early spring. Most of us use radish as a crunchy salad vegetable because we know it is good to introduce vegetables to our diet, however, radish is not like any other vegetable because it has many surprising benefits for our health that other vegetables don’t have. For example, radish is extremely useful in treating jaundice because it removes bilirubin and also keeps its production at a stable level! Also, radish can help in urinary disorder by increasing the production of urine hence curing the inflammation and the burning feeling. Add to the previous information, radish is an anti-congestive, which makes it very helpful against Respiratory Disorders, Bronchitis and Asthma.
