Perspiration is a human condition that serves a purpose: It expels toxins and cools the body. Unfortunately, sweating profusely in scenarios where it is deemed, well, kinda gross, can become a source of serious hardship for some folks. And I’ve known a few of these people. As a personal trainer, I’m not grossed out by sweat and see plenty of it when my clients work hard. But now and again, someone has a sweating problem, that is only worsened by the anxiety of being worried about being sweaty! Below is an article with some food-based tips to help mitigate your perspiration problem, should you have one. It might not do the trick if your problem is extreme, but it’s worth a try to start before you have your sweat glands removed!
