If you’ve ever been a disciple of conventional wisdom this may be one of those notions that really throw you for a loop. How many times have you heard, “Don’t eat after 8?” As a fitness professional, I’ve told many a client this very thing. However, most of what I meant by it was don’t eat your dinner super late and don’t eat sugary or starchy snacks before bed. I believe that to be sound advice still, and not contrary to the following article.
