The author argues vehemently that this broth is superior to a bone broth and that there is NOTHING in a bone broth that is necessary for immunity or superior health. This debate will rage on until the end of time, I’m sure. But when it comes to food science, it is very difficult to know what’s going on in the body after food enters it.
