Lack of sleep always makes me vulnerable to getting a little sick. Right now, my throat is starting to get that familiar, faint ache. Just a touch of soreness. And I know I need to nip this in the bud pronto, or else it will get worse. When you’re pregnant, your immune system does funky things, and I don’t want to mess with it. So I will get on my Vitamin C and D, a little salt gargle, and apparently, some black cumin seeds!
