The writer of this DIY blog, Man Made DIY, gives the plans and execution of this foldaway farmhouse table. If you look closely at the picture above you can see that the legs on the left are farther towards the outside perimeter of the table than the legs on the left. Because the legs have to fold away towards each other, this is the only way to get them to do so neatly without hitting each other. I suppose another option would be to stagger each side, but this is a personal preference. The table won’t fall over!
