Buying extracts can be super expensive, I only have vanilla right now. And this is the first bottle I’ve purchased in months. Last time, I made my own with a Madagascar bean and some vodka. It is ridiculously easy to make an extract, and as long as you have the right ingredients and bottles, it really is worth doing. Especially during baking season. Vanilla is just the most obvious. How about Orange, lemon, almond and mint?
