Rose Pastry



I won’t lie to you. I’ll probably NEVER do this. And 99% of those of you reading this won’t either. But, isn’t it fascinating that SOMEone did it? There are no written instructions linked to this French website, only a pictoral tutorial, showing that there is also a length of pastry entwined with these apple slices to keep the whole thing together. Even if we never are in the same room as such a culinary art piece, it is still fun to imagine what it tastes like and how impressed your friends would be IF you actually did make these for a party:
