I’m one of those people who have very interrupted sleep because of physical discomfort. I have to shift frequently throughout the night to feel comfortable enough to stay asleep. If I stretch before bedtime, I am assured to sleep somewhat better. Although this post is about stretching for sleep apnea, I believe it goes beyond that to bring the whole body back into balance. Especially if you sit a lot.
