I don’t know about you, but I stopped buying anything imitation years ago. I always read labels and ingredients. I once assumed “natural flavoring” as a listed ingredient was a good thing. That’s a whole other can of worms for another post, but suffice it to say, those “flavorings’ are not what you and I would consider natural. Now what about these products that admit to being imitation. What the heck in this world is NOT vanilla but tastes like vanilla? How about creosote? If you didn’t know, creosote is a “category of carbonaceous chemicals formed by the distillation of various tars and by pyrolysis of plant-derived material, such as wood”.  Sound horrifying?
