I’m not so sure that once you have a double chin, that these kinds of facial exercises could make much of a difference> It might firm up the muscle tissue beneath the adipose or sagging skin, but at the end of the day, sagging skin is extra skin that’s lost it’s collagen. It probably would have to be removed if it bothered you. And adipose tissue will not diminish with the muscle toning beneath it. There may be minimal impact on how much it “hangs” but losing weight will always be the first and most important method of reducing a double chin. But I’d say it’s good practice to start this little routine while you still look, well, good!
