I have always been one of those people that gets chronic sinus infections. I have had them my whole life and I have just learned to deal with them. And by deal with them I really mean attempt to sleep through them and take lots of hot, steamy baths with hot tea always by my side. Oh! And can’t forget the aleve I take with said tea. They really are miserable. But the one thing that makes them worse for me is when the pressure is accompanied by a headache. Those headaches are just killer and make you want to roll over and just cut your head off! I know I can’t be the only one who feels that way. So, next time I get a sinus headache, I’m planning on trying a few home remedies to hopefully fix my head before it’s removed. I’m hoping they work!
