A few weeks ago I acquired several offshoots of an aloe plant, and since then, they’ve been rooting peacefully in a shot glass on my kitchen window sill. I went and got potting soil, but I still have no idea what I am planting them in. I refuse to buy a planter for $10 when I am POSITIVE I can find something in my house to serve as a new home to my little friends. I thought this post would provide the answer, but it seems these are mostly outdoor ideas. If anyone has any great ideas, I’m all ears (or eyes, in this case?)!
