Perhaps this “rustic” look is going to be the kind of look that will date me someday for liking it so much, but I can’t help. I love it. It’s cozy, rugged, and often uses reclaimed materials which I love. You might find that there is a such thing as too much of a good thing in the pictures that follow, but we are always free to take the elements that we like and do our best with them! I adore the barrel sink above, and have laid pebble tile bathroom floors in my day. But I may have gone with a slightly brighter wall color.
