Wow. Talk about a 3-for. Fall asleep, stay asleep AND burn fat? I wonder if these really work? I will be trying at least one of these out this week since my sleep is often really disrupted. The fat burning aspect of these suggestions will always be somewhat limited, but certainly, there is a lot of evidence pointing to lack of sleep being responsible for weight gain because it spikes your cortisol levels. So sleeping is important for a lot of restorative processes, as well as, weight control.
