I don’t fly as much as I used to, and even what I did, my track record for correctly utilizing my Frequent Flyer miles was abysmal. I’ve registered through two different airlines over the years and both times, it was a complete waste of time, and in one case money (there was an annual fee on the credit card). So, woe is me.
This article helps point you in the right direction should you fly enough to warrant signing up for a frequent flyer program. In fact, the most startling point I found was that you don’t even need the Airline credit card. You can use one you already have that collects points and transfer them to your FF program. Duh!
