From the people you surround yourself with to the foods and medications you put in your body, the wrong ones will make you feel worse and more stressed out. If you manage to surround yourself with generally positive and happy people and eat a healthy and balanced diet, your mood will improve and you will feel slightly better. While this isn’t an end all, it is definitely one factor that can help you in the long run.
