Growing my own fresh herbs is a must in my life. I don’t always have the best luck keeping them alive though. I currently have a chocolate mint plant that has been traveling on the road with me for about a month now and I have watched it slowly start to look thin and scraggly. I’ve also had to wash two colonies of aphids off of it, so I’m sure that didn’t help. But striking the right balance between water and sunshine is the way to keep your herbs thriving.
