Right up until my late 20’s, I had no idea what it was to be really tired. And I’m not talking about the, “I had a long hard day and want to crash early” kind of tired. We’re talking about this all-day lethargy and fatigue that seems to set in for an extended period of time. I suppose I can blame my age or having a toddler and an infant on my feeling more tired these days, but that seems like a cop out. Maybe I’m being hard on myself, but for someone who has always been high energy and over productive, I don’t like feeling as though I can’t get off the couch. I read this and can honestly say I have a few changes to make:
