At 22 months old, my little girl is obsessed with swings and has been since she was a year old. She calls them “Weeese”. She’s still too little for the big girl swing, but when the baby swings are lined up next to the big kid swings, she points to the big swing and says, “Sit-e-come” (Her toddler reversal of “Come and sit”. She wants me to sit next to her. How adorable is she?)
Since we’ll be closing on a new house this month, I’m excited to add one of these big-kid swings to one of our trees, right along side her little pink toddler swing. This is really a simple project, but you do need a drill and a saw, unless you get the wood pre-cut at the hardware store. Here’s how to do it:
