He gave a very compelling argument citing research about how pasteurized cow’s milk is completely denatured and unnecessary, as well as harmful for human consumption. The Weston Price foundation, on the other hand, makes a good case as to why RAW dairy products are indeed good for you. It’s important to note that MANY people, as cited in the article below, are completely missing the lactase enzyme necessary to break down lactose in milk. Without it, you are most certainly suffering ill-effects from dairy consumption. Whether or not you think it’s necessary to completely cut dairy out of your diet, it would be wise to curtail it. Calcium is abundant in many vegetables, which everyone will say you need to eat more of!”
