A few days ago I posted about why cow’s milk isn’t really great to consume for most people, at least not in the quantities that we consume it. Raw milk from a trusted source is certainly a better bet than pasteurized milk, which may kill all the bad bacteria, but it kills all the good stuff too. Even then, those who are lactose intolerant still can’t enjoy a glass of milk like the rest of you. BUT, as it turns out, buttermilk doesn’t seem to share much in common with its plain cousin.
