I’ve never really eaten at Subway much, myself. Only when in a pinch. And when I do, it’s usually eggs or turkey. I’ve never had the chicken, and after reading this, I never will. Bear in mind, that MANY restaurants and even grocery stores will add a rub, a marinade, or a dressing of some sort to mask the smell of aging meat. Your better off doing the marinating yourself.
Since chicken can be such a major source of food poisoning, I wouldn’t assume that Subway is the only place with these kinds of scary practices.
