Filling up an entire new house with new things is outrageously expensive. I just walked through a high-end furniture store and estimated that I would be paying approximately $15k in filling up all of my rooms with what I need, plus decor. Insane. I’m committed to bargain shopping, first through second-hand sources like Craigslist and Facebook groups. When that falls short, thrift store finds turned home project come next.
