This is a really great article, as I do believe we all have a lot we could learn from dogs. Ever get mad at your dog, really yell at her, and a second later she comes back wagging her tail, completely forgetting that there was a bad moment just then? That’s the definition of living in the present moment. Dogs know only that, and as humans, we live more in the past and the future. Present moment awareness is the key to a peaceful and happy life.
