What an adorable and tasty Halloween dinner recipe for the fam. Bell peppers can be pricey, so I often shy away. But then I see a recipe like this and remember how much I love stuffed peppers! Carving out the pumpkin faces on these babies may be an added time challenge for us busy moms, so maybe just do one or two for the kids?
