This is one of those ideas that I would never even think to do until I see the DIY. Privacy windows are a great alternative to ugly mini-blinds. However, I suppose you have to be okay with never fully seeing out those particular panes of glass. If you live on a busy street, I think this is a fabulous idea. And anyone can do it!
