How can this even be the sane house? I guess when you take a roof off and a level, the original bones of a home become unrecognizeable. What I would love to know, and what this article doesn’t discuss, is how much this renovation cost. They obviously used an architect and completely redid the house from top to bottom and using high end materials and custom features. Since they decided this was a better option than buying a new house somewhere else, I am dying to know if it cost less or more than the alternative. It has to be more. Any way you slice it, this house is AMAZING!
