It was my birthday last week. It was also my daughter’s second birthday. I ate a lot of ice cream. And cupcakes. And pizza. I feel abysmally disgusting. I feel so sick, AND I’ve actually been eating very healthy meals in between those sugar and carb loads. So I was intrigued by this article and thought I’d find a quick fix. Essentially, they are touting Omega-3 fatty acids as restorative. If that’s the case, the DHA supplement I”m taking should have done the job. However, I think it’s important to note that the only way to undo a bad week, is to have a better one right after it and keep the momentum going.
