The title of this cake sounds somewhat less appealing than the reality. The “poke” part (I feel she could have come up with a better word than this) is attributed to the actual poking of the finished cake so that the hot, sticky caramel can be poured in. Yes: a caramel-infused, toasted coconut covered cake. Better than a Samoa cookie by far!
