I’ve used essential oils for aromatherapy purposes for years, but only in the last year did I learn about the more therapeutic and direct ways to apply oils for health benefits. I have a friend who sells oils and taught me some things, and one of the first things I asked her was, “Why do they recommend putting oils on the bottom of your feet?” It made sense for small children who can be sensitive to oils, but I didn’t get why it was a constant directive.
