What Texting Does To Your Neck

At this point in time, you’ve probably heard about this “condition” on the news, or at least I hope you have. If not, you’re experiencing or watching the young people around you start to lose their heads to their chests. There are a lot of things wrong with the way technology has taken over our youth and this one is particularly bad regarding the health of the body. As a personal trainer, there is something I’ve tried to help some folks battle, known as “Forward Head Syndrome”. I actually am prone to this particular posture, and often, the tendency is hereditary.
