Nonstick Cooking Spray
1 C. Cold Water, divided
3 -1/4 oz. packets Unflavored Gelatin(3/4 oz. total or 3 packages at .25 oz. each)
2 C. Sugar
⅔ C. Light Corn Syrup
¼ t. Salt
2 t. Vanilla Extract
½ C. Powdered Sugar
½ C. Cornstarch
