Mint—not my thing in desserts. Like it in my gum, like it in my cocktails, HATE it with my chocolate. BUT this isn’t about me. This is about all you chocolate mint lovers out there and I know there’s a lot of you. I posted a recipe for salted caramel hot chocolate recently and noticed one commenter say she was making that one and mint cocoas for some gathering.
You will need:
2 cups milk
2 cups half & half
½ bag white chocolate chips
1 tsp. peppermint extract
few drops of green food coloring
Crushed Andes mints and Whipped Cream for garnish
