Whenever I feel a cold coming on, I get right on my protocol of homeopathic remedies, Vitamin C, tea and soup. My cold never lasts more than 3 days. This is NOT the soup I made today, after waking with a sore throat yesterday, but there are some shared elements. This soup is more for inflammation than illness, but I think the two often go hand in hand (my throat definitely felt inflamed!) Also, this stew sounds way tastier than the chicken soup I made! Plus, it’s creamy, vegan and paleo!
