I’m a bit of a coffee connoisseur so I hesitate to instruct to you to put this concoction into your morning brew unless you’ve got Folgers in your Mr. Coffee. I have started adding this mixture of coconut oil, cinnamon and honey to my tea, however. (The recipe below is missing the measurement for cinnamon. I found it elsewhere 1 teaspoon cinnamon!). Rather than premake a batch and keep it in the fridge, I dole out the ingredients in smaller amounts for each cup.

You need to add
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (i would rather take that seperately after a the coffee)
