The moral of the story here, folks? Please honor posted signs at National Parks asking you to stay BEHIND the lines. Don’t let your legacy be an embarrassing headline like this. If you’d like to enjoy a natural hot spring soak, look up the places where it’s allowed and SAFE. I’m always astonished by how many people think they are somehow exempt from the rules meant to protect, and fall into the grand canyon, down a waterfall, or apparently, dissolve themselves in a boiling hot spring.
