Finally, some one made solar panels look cool. AND they’re cheaper than a traditional shingle roof despite being of much higher quality? How is this possible, you ask? Apparently the shipping costs alone make all the difference. I had no idea traditional asphalt shingles, despite being relatively cheap, cost a ton in shipping due to the need to protect their delicate nature, and also account for loss which still happens despite precautions.
