Snowball cookies, or Russian Tea Cakes, are one of my favorite holiday cookie recipes. The end product is so light, crunchy and delicious, and a great addition to a tray of rich cookies. I honestly can’t get enough of these guys. ADD a chocolate dip? Or some mini chocolate chips? This recipe just upped the anty for me, and am now looking quite forward to my cookie swap next Saturday!
