Who’s a fan of eggnog here?? Anyone? NOT me! I always tried to like it, but it really is just too sweet for me. It may be one of those “love it or hate it” kind of orchestration, I think. My husband is a fan, but also read the sugar content on a carton at the store and put it right back on the shelf. I believe it was 35 grams per serving, which is 4 oz! That’s twice as sweet as a cup of Coke. Perhaps in dessert form, I may not be opposed to the flavors and sweetness. These little cheesecakes aren’t too complicated and will make a great addition to your Christmas menu for sure.
