The BMI chart has serious flaws, for sure. It is not always a good measure of health. The obvious example of it’s shortcomings are heavily muscled bodybuilders. Many would fall in the obese category, but are obviously in peak physical condition (at least the all natural bodybuilders, the same can not be said for their pharmaceutically enhanced peers).
