Why does candy-making seem so much more intimidating than baking cookies or cakes? I made a recipe I shared with you all a few weeks ago for chocolate dipped Russian Tea cakes and had a bunch of chocolate dip left over. I used cupcake papers as makeshift molds and poured the extra chocolate in, added some pecans and sea salt, and Voila! I had ridiculously delicious turtles (ok, sans the caramel).
