I think by now we all know that garlic is REALLY good for you, especially in the antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal properties. When you’re sick, eat a ton of a garlic and you will shorten the duration of your illness. I used to cut up a raw clove and swallow the pieces like tablets. This wreaked havoc on my stomach. And *I* wreaked also. Of garlic. I always believed that raw garlic is best because all of the compounds are kept in tact. However, eating NO garlic because it is so harsh is not help, so why not try it roasted like this and then….eat a lot! Check it out in the link below:
