6 Things I Wish Someone Told Me When I Started Crocheting

www.sewrella.com

My grandmother taught me to crochet when I was 8. She seemed to adhere to a very specific stitch (I don’t even know what it’s called, but it’s some kind of bubble stitch) and from then on, I made dozens of blankets and small useless squares of fabric using this same stitch. She never read patterns that I knew of, and I personally didn’t even know that was a thing until my twenties. I’ve recently picked up the crochet needle again and have been super inspired to create. But I thought it wise to do a little self-education before I set my hopes too high on ever selling my creations.

The blogger at Sewrella shares her experience since starting her blog last year and gives some good advice for those just starting out.
