Researchers Find Link Between Arm Size, Heart Disease Survival Rate

The research below is actually important and interesting but be careful not to misinterpret. Essentially, they studied older people and their arm circumference as a measure of muscle tissue.  The expectation is that the elderley population starts to lose weight and atrophy. If this study were focused more on a young or middle-aged population, the arm circumference might be measuring fat tissue, not muscle. Staying active and strong is correlated with the likelihood of surviving a heart event. Read more here:
