Since I’ve been getting on this kick of making my own home and beauty products, I naturally investigated soap making. Truly, it’s the one thing where the work and complexity involved doesn’t quite seem worth the time investment. That’s if you’re using all natural and separate ingredients to start with. You can still buy a “soap base” like the one described in the Happiness is Homemade post below. This cuts down on all the hard leg work and simplifies the process, while still giving you the freedom to add your own stamp, by way of essential oils, herbs, silicone molds, etc.
This is a super easy recipe using a goat milk base, but why not try any of the others out there: shea butter, oatmeal, and glycerin bases, to name a few!
