The benefits of eating fish once or twice a week have been touted in the media for many years now. If you don’t eat fish that often, you best be taking your fish oil supplements. I will say up front, the following article does not have many references contained within it. However, I have personally read about the inferiority of farmed salmon for years now, and as a consequence, refuse to buy it. I only buy fresh, responsibly sourced, wild-caught Salmon.
