Well, if you’ve seen one DIY joint pain recipe, you’ve seen ’em all, right? Not always! We all know capsaicin, the active compound in hot red pepper, is the HOT in IcyHot and tiger balm, so it’s no wonder a little cayenne is called for here. And we all know apple cider vinegar heals just about everything, but I wouldn’t have thought that applying it topically would have any kind of impact on a joint. Finally…ginger!
